To Party, or Not To Party?

I've been considering having a Valentine's Day party but I can't decide. I've had a few Valentine's shindigs in the past and they've been pretty entertaining and I do love being the accomdating hostess. But will people not want to attend a party cause they'll be celebrating privately with their honey? So, I'm asking for your advice and input. What say you? Yay or Nay?

    I think Valentine's Day parties are generally a good idea, but I will be very busy around that time with my appellate brief, so most likely I can't attend.

    You should totally have a hook-up party, where single people can all come to hook up. That's all it should be, making out. And only people who are looking to hook up should be invited. No couples. Yeah!

    I have an awesome idea! All the guys put their watches into a big bowl, then all the women each take a watch. These new couples pair off to play darts. The winners of the dart games get to challenge the other winners to games of Jenga. Once the champion of Jenga is named, they get to pick someone to pick someone to hook up with. The process would repeat until everyone is paired up with someone. Those couples could then play strip spoons, with sexy results.

    Party is always a good idea. I probably won't be able to go, but never say never, and regardless, you should have one anyway.

    I can only speak for myself, because I am the only one I speak for (at least until I become some sort of high paid spokesperson (Watch out world! I'm cuckoo for Coco Cox-Arquette! (Okay, that made no sense.))).

    Fridays are way better than Saturdays for me.
